Marjorie d'Entremont

Marjorie Thérèse d’Entremont, age 90 of Lower West Pubnico died November 7, 2018 in Yarmouth Regional Hospital after a short illness.  Born in Middle West Pubnico she was a daughter of the late William and Françoise (d’Entremont) d’Eon.  Marjorie was a homemaker, a member of Les Nouveaux Horizons de la Baronnie and also a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Royal Canadian Legion Branch 66, West Pubnico.  She is survived by daughters; Donna (Philip) LeBlanc and Priscilla (Howard) d’Entremont both of Lower West Pubnico, grandchildren; Monique, Marielle and Adrian and great grandchildren Quinn and Easton.  She was predeceased by her husband Lucien Ulysse d’Entremont; brothers; Elmer, Philippe, André, Liboire and Edward; sisters, Clara, Marie Madeleine and Dora.  Visitation will be Sunday, November 11, 2018 from 4-9pm and Monday from 9-9:30am.  A Mass of Christian burial will be held Monday at 10am from St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church, Middle West Pubnico with Fr. Marjorie was a loving wife, sister, mother, grand mother and great grand mother, cousin and friend. A witty little lady with a great sense of humour and a big heart. She will be remembered for her work at the local fish plants and a clerk position at the little convenience store. An avid quilter who made numerous handmade, one of a kind quilts. Enjoyed baking and was known for her blueberry pies. Played bingo but spent most days with her friends playing cards, having a laugh and a good game of Pay Me. Marjorie had no problem adopting people into her world and loving them as her own. She will be truly missed by all that knew her. Rest in Peace Mom, will miss you always.
